With both, BIOS Fast boot and Windows Fast Startup disabled I do not have any issues. It’s true PC booting (till my screen gets running dots) takes a bit longer. Step 2. If it does not than go into the operating system and disable “Fast Boot” (Steps below). Step 3. go back into your BIOS.
